Fathom Cover Art

This was the first published cover Scott Clark and I worked on together that wasn't for a series we created. I later changed my signature because I did not like how it looked on the published cover. I don't think I even have a copy of this book which features stunning colors by Peter Stiegerwald. I recently tried to find one, but with no success. Most of the work Scott and I did started on the computer, was partially inked or totally traditional, then scanned back into the computer and tweaked digitally, or completely redone in some instances. Scott loved to work on something til the last minute... I've never been a fan of that. But sometimes the results were so good it was worth the effort.   -Dave B
